Patrice LeTourneau, an associate, represents clients in employment and environmental matters, as well as commercial and civil litigation. She handles all aspects of business- and employee/employer-related disputes, including counseling, administrative complaints and litigation in a diverse range of employment-related matters such as discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, contract and severance issues.
In addition, Patrice has a broad environmental and regulatory practice, focusing on issues arising out of hazardous waste discharges and the resulting soil and groundwater contamination. Patrice also has experience in commercial litigation, including matters involving breach of contract, fiduciary duty, unfair competition, trade-secret disputes, fraud and other business torts.
Patrice successfully completed the Superior Court of New Jersey’s mediation training course and is a qualified mediator in the Law Division, Special Civil Part.
