Michael E. Camastra

Michael E. Camastra is an associate who concentrates his practice on commercial and individual clients in regulatory, environmental, commercial real estate, residential real estate and land use matters at the federal, state and local levels, with a focus on regulatory and compliance counseling, site remediation cost recovery strategy and related litigation, transactional due diligence and contract/agreement drafting.

Michael has extensive experience in complex regulatory compliance counseling and represents clients before regulatory agencies including the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, the Environmental Protection Agency, the New Jersey Pinelands Commission, the New York Department of Environmental Conservation and the New York Department of Health. He has advised numerous environmental-related commercial companies throughout the country on corporate governance under federal and local environmental regulations and has provided counsel regarding vendor and supplier agreements to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

As a law student, Michael worked as a student attorney at the Villanova University School of Law Federal Tax Clinic. He served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Karen Shreeves-Johns in the Civil Division of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, and as a legal intern with The Barnes Foundation.
