Mehgan E. Heintz
Mehgan Heintz, a paralegal, concentrates on environmental and employment matters, assisting with all phases of litigation. She handles general case management, document production, legal research, deposition and trial preparation, and discovery, including e-discovery, document review and analysis.
Her environmental work focuses on contamination defense in New Jersey and New York state and federal court on behalf of oil/petrochemical companies, especially involving the Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and New York Navigation Law.
Mehgan’s employment matters deal with New York wage-and-hour claims and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charges.
Previously, she worked on insurance defense matters, including multiparty toxic-tort litigation.
