
Deborah Rocker
Deborah Rocker, a paralegal, concentrates on employment defense, such as whistleblower, discrimination, harassment and related issues in state and federal court and before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Deborah’s work includes document review and management, research on statutes and decisions, preparation for trials and appeals, answers to interrogatories, pleading preparation, consultation with other professionals and exhibit indexing.
Deborah also assists in environmental matters—such as contamination, underground storage tank and groundwater and soil contamination cases—as well as business-to-business breach of contract matters.
She also handles commercial litigation and appeals, personal injury and tort matters, and products liability defense.
