McCusker, Anselmi, Rosen, & Carvelli Advances Kathleen A. Hirce to Partner in Firm’s Environmental Compliance & Litigation Practice

McCusker, Anselmi, Rosen, & Carvelli is pleased to announce the advancement of Kathleen (Katie) A. Hirce from Of Counsel to Partner in the firm’s Environmental Compliance & Litigation practice, effective October 16, 2020.

Katie focuses her environmental compliance practice on highly complex environmental matters and has significant experience within the petrochemical and gasoline industries.

She advises clients, including a Fortune 500 oil company, on environmental investigations and remediations at properties such as former refineries, terminals and gasoline stations, in litigation and in regulatory matters. In addition, Katie manages claims litigation and related issues over releases from underground storage tanks and other sources.
