MARC’s Robert E. Bartkus and John L. Shahdanian II to Present at Special NJSBA ADR Program
MARC’s Robert E. Bartkus and John L. Shahdanian, II will be presenting at the special anniversary program, “Dispute Resolution and its Many Features – Limitless Possibilities for the 21st Century, A Celebration of the Entire ADR Community” presented by the Dispute Resolution Section (DRS) of the NJSBA on September 30, 2021.
Bartkus will be presenting on “Problem Arbitration Clauses” in Commercial Law.
Shahdanian will be a panelist in a discussion regarding arbitration, mediation and other forms of ADR as they relate to Labor and Employment Law.
The program is presented by the Dispute Resolution Section (DRS) of the NJSBA, celebrating the 40th anniversary of the DRS, and will feature insightful discussions with dispute resolution professionals.
This full-day program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 6.7 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 1.2 qualify as hours of credit for ethics/professionalism.
