MARC’s John L. Shahdanian, II to Discuss Employment Law and the COVID-19 Vaccine at NJSBA 2021 Annual Meeting

What do employers need to know about mandating COVID-19 vaccines in the workplace? What are the exceptions, and do the rules differ in private and public sectors? How are accommodations to be considered, and can employers provide incentive programs to encourage vaccination?

John L. Shahdanian II, Esq, current Trustee and Secretary of the NJSBA Labor and Employment Law Section, will discuss these issues as a panelist on May 19, 2021 at the NJSBA 2021 Annual Meeting. The presentation “Vaccination Fascination: Potential Pitfalls for Employers Requiring Mandatory COVID-19 Shots” will be moderated by Keith Waldman, Esq. of Selikoff & Cohen, and John will be joined by co-panelists Sanford R. Oxfeld, Esq. of Oxfeld Cohen, P.C., Kimberly Jefferies Leonard, Ph.D., Envision Consulting LLC, and Stephanie Wilson, Esq., Reed Smith. The session is co-sponsored by the NJSBA Labor and Employment Section.
