Bruce S. Rosen, Esq. is moderating a panel discussion on this topic on May 19, 2021, entitled “Media Law: Is It Time for New Jersey to “SLAPP-Back?,” co-sponsored by the NJSBA Media Law Committee, as part of the NJSBA 2021 Annual Meeting.
