Our employment law group provides advice and counsel on both strategic and day-to-day labor and employment and human resources issues including worker classification, disability accommodations, executive compensation, stock options, leave of absence, trade secret protection, reductions in force, drug testing, breach of restrictive covenants, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, wage and hour laws, and employee hiring, discipline and termination. This includes developing and implementing policies, procedures and programs and conducting seminars and anti-harassment and anti-discriminatory training, intended to position clients to avoid litigation.
MARC’s employment law group drafts and negotiates employment agreements, handbooks, applications, contracts, arbitration agreements, compensation arrangements, severance packages, releases, exit incentive programs and independent contractor agreements.
