COVID-19 Vaccinations: The Legal and Practical Considerations for New Jersey’s Public Sector Employers

On Dec. 15, 2020, New Jersey began administering the COVID-19 vaccine. Public health experts predict that employers will play an important role in vaccinating enough people to reach herd immunity. As a result, many employers are now considering mandatory vaccination requirements for their employees.
